Again, let me say how powerful this section was. To think that every attack I'm under may not be my own but someone elses? Satan is so tricky. I'm still just trying to get my head wrapped around how intense spiritual warfare is.
One one hand, I can get pretty freaked out about all this stuff if I think about it too hard. But on the other hand, I'm encouraged to know I have a Savior fighting for me every second of the day who is VICTORIOUS!!! How can there be any fear in that!
I love what it says in Hebrews 13:5-6. "I will never fail you. I will never abandon you. So we can say with confidence, the Lord is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?"
How true, Julie! Thanks so much for sharing that verse. It is one that we should all cling to when we feel frustrated and tired from spiritual attacks! An awakening to such spiritual attack and the actual size and intensity of the spiritual battles going on around us can be overwhelming, but the Father's word reminds us that there is no nead to fear, but just keep pressing on in the confidence that we already know the outcome of the battle! Praise God!
