Meditate on Psalm 119:33-40, making it a personal prayer.

Verse 35: Make me walk along the path of your commands, for that is where my happiness if found.
My happiness is found in God and none other. He says if I look for Him wholeheartedy I will find Him.
Verse 35. I agree with Julie. The stronger and closer my relationship is with God, the happier and more at peace I am in everything else I do.
I agree with you both. If I am able to get the time with the Father that I need and desperately desire, the rest will fall into place.
This week I am going to set up a space in our bedroom closet to do my quiet time so that I can shut out the world and focus on Him. I also bought a journal to start prayer journaling this morning, and have actually already written several things down in it.
